IRONPULSE — SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for shopping with IRONPULSE. This policy explains how and when your order ships, what it costs, and how long it takes to arrive. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer — if there's a significant delay, we'll reach out by email.

- Recovery Roller, Recovery Ball, and Activation Bands — $6.95 flat-rate shipping
- FREE shipping on all orders over $75

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Our products are shipped from our overseas fulfillment partners to keep prices low. Please allow:
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Transit: 2–4 weeks (approximately 10–20 business days)
- Total estimated delivery: typically 2–4 weeks from the date you order

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and peak seasons. We appreciate your patience — quality recovery gear is worth the wait.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. It may take 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after you receive it. You can track your order anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at ShopIronPulse@gmail.com.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to order, email us at ShopIronPulse@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we'll help track it down.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. For packages that are lost in transit or arrive damaged, contact us at ShopIronPulse@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For U.S. orders, any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to international orders (where available).
